Science

This term in Science, we have been learning about how living things have needs. To help with our understanding, the students have become loving gardeners growing their own broad beans. The students have excitedly recorded the growth of their beans and taken great care to water and occasionally sing to them!
In the coming weeks, we will be further exploring the needs of living things by creating bird shelters from recycled materials.
I can't wait to see what the students create!

Harmony Day

On Wednesday the students and staff of Wattle Grove participated in the school Harmony Day parade. It was a wonderful celebration of how Wattle Grove embraces every person in our school community.
The students of Room 14 looked amazing in their cultural dress!
